Michelle LaPerle

Michelle has an Associate’s degree in Human Services and is a Recovery Coach in the Emergency Department at CVMC. She has been loving living a sober life from alcohol for over 15 years. She will always tell you "I know I live a blessed life, there is no doubt"! She has a spouse who loves and supports her, and whom she adores! Her family is the most important part of life the whole reason she returned to Vermont. She has found her calling working in the field of recovery.

She is grateful for every day she gets to suit up and show up for herself and others. Her happiest moments are when she is with her family, she has four beautiful grandchildren who bring her great joy. She enjoys church with her spouse and the conversations after, walking on the beach, seashell searching, reading a good book by the water, sunsets and sunrises, hiking, and just being a part of something bigger than her. If you find her not surrounded by love and light, she just may need a good full belly, cheek hurting laugh! She also loves a good pun!
