Chip Castle brings decades of leadership and advocacy experience to TPCCV's board, with a career built around supporting vulnerable populations at the systems level.

Background Chip served as Executive Director of the Central Vermont Council on Aging for many years, leading the development and oversight of a comprehensive community-based service system for older adults across multiple counties.
